Our staff are trained and qualified to do the job you’re asking of them; they are DBS cleared and fully referenced for your peace of mind. Also, our carers are passionate and able to give your clients the very best service Specialists in their field, be that hospital care, residential care or other fields.
Care workers upon appointment undertake initial induction training, to introduce them to the organization, its philosophy of care, aims and objectives, policies and procedures. All care workers within six months of commencing employment are required to register for their NVQ in Care, which should be completed within twelve months.
